Filming your promotional video

To some companies, making a promotional video may seem like a daunting task, you may not know where to start. To other companies, it is something that you do regularly. Either way, our experienced team are there to help you as necessary throughout the process.

Initially, our creative team will assist you in planning the message to be conveyed within your promotional video. This may be a script to be recorded as a voiceover, or simply a storyboard of filming scenarios to be included in the production.

Our professional videography team will co-ordinate with you to film the footage required, to visualise your message from behind the lens. All requirements are different, but some of the aspects to plan or consider include:-

  • Location and dates of filming, and time schedules to film each storyboard scenario throughout the day.
  • Do you need props, people, models, or products organising for your shoot?
  • Is only visual footage required, or do you need audio recording, maybe to include a piece to camera?
  • Preparation is key... Check lightbulbs, clean windows and mirrors, move skips and unsightly objects, replensish flowers and fruit bowls, etc...

Don't worry, we will be there to help you throughout the planning and preparation. And once the footage has been recorded, our studio team will take over, editing and producing a final video that shows you off to best advantage.
